  • Timo Soininen

    Chief Executive Officer
    Mr. Timo Soininen was appointed CEO of Sulake in August 2001. Since his appointment Timo has been instrumental in creating the company’s business plan and driving fast business growth and international expansion. Prior to joining Sulake, Timo worked for an online recruitment company StepStone as Marketing Director for Finland and Sweden. He has also over ten years’ experience and a proven track record in senior posts in both consumer and B2B marketing functions in international FMGC companies United Biscuits and SCA Mölnlycke. Timo holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) in Marketing from Helsinki School of Economics.

  • Outi Henriksson

    Chief Financial Officer
    Ms. Outi Henriksson was appointed CFO of Sulake in Sept 2006. Her responsibility covers finance&treasury, M&A, legal and HR. Prior to Sulake, Outi worked as CFO at mobile services company LaNetro Zed, based in Madrid and Helsinki, in a leading role in executing financial merger, restructuring and public listing preparations. Outi has also worked as Finance Director of largest Nordic telco group Sonera (currently TeliaSonera). Prior to telecoms and online media, Outi worked two years as Business Controller in NY for food ingredient company Cultor (currently Danisco). Outi has over ten years of top management experience from telco and online services finance and M&A. Outi holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) from Turku School of Economics, including studies in University of Denver.

  • Tero Raij

    Executive Vice President, Habbo Product and User Sales
    Mr. Tero Raij joined Sulake in November 2004 and currently he is responsible for Habbo's Marketing, Product management, User sales and Country operations. Before joining Sulake he was working for Sonera Zed as Senior Business Manager and his responsibility areas among other things were mobile communication services and WAP sales channel. Prior to that, he was building up Sonera’s internet business in the Netherlands and in Finland. Tero holds a M.Sc degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.

  • Osma Ahvenlampi

    Chief Technology Officer
    Since joining Sulake in August 2003, Mr. Osma Ahvenlampi has been pushing technology, processes and working methods forwards to build Habbo Hotel. Today his responsibilities range from leading the software development unit to developing both operational business measurement and company-wide strategy process for Sulake's business. Prior to Sulake, Osma Ahvenlampi has worked as software architect and project manager at financial software firm Quartal, and as the technology and software engineering lead at Internet consultancy Razorfish. He's a proponent of iterative working methods and concrete, short-term targets in all professional contexts.

  • Teemu Huuhtanen

    Executive Vice President, Business Development & Communication
    Mr. Teemu Huuhtanen was appointed VP, Sales of Sulake in January 2003. Prior to this, he worked for mobile entertainment & application company Small Planet as EVP. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Orchimedia, a mobile & internet entertainment company. Teemu has over eight years’ experience and a proven track record from senior posts in consumer and B2B sales & business development functions for several international digital entertainment start-up companies (Small Planet, Orchimedia and mm2 consultancy company). Teemu has studied at Kuopio Polytechnic and University of Kuopio.

  • Phil Guest

    Executive Vice President, Global Ad Sales
    Mr. Phil Guest joined Sulake in February 2007 as UK Managing Director. His duties soon extended to include other European markets as Regional Director until in 2009 when he took on the task of building Habbo’s Global Advertising business. Before joining Sulake Phil worked at AOL as Director of Strategic Alliances an d prior to that he was Commercial Director for Europe at Fox Kids children's television network. His early days were spent with Emap’s consumer magazine division before joining the Internet revolution in 1998 with London’s number one commercial radio station, Capital Radio.
